Welcome to Tapt Plumbing Services Qld!
We are a plumbing business based in the Western Downs Region at Chinchilla, Qld.
We started with humble beginnings as a one man based plumbing business servicing the region in 2018 as we grew we had the opportunity to purchase a local established plumbing business that was in the area in 2022. With that, we grew with more equipment tools and services now we currently have 2 plumbers on the books and a labourer. We are always looking to expand so feel free to send us your resume if you are looking to move to the region.
We try to be as accommodating to our customers as much as possible by servicing a larger base as we know from growing up in the bush the necessity of tradespeople.
Tapt plumbing was founded by Tom Morrison who was born and bred in Chinchilla.
He came off a property local to the region and is well known within the community. After leaving school he left to pursue his trade as a plumber in Dalby, Qld. After completion of that he came home to the family farm and continued his profession as a plumber for QGC. Once doing this for a while he decided it was time too see the world! So he chased his rodeo dream and went to America and Canada after achieving the goals he set out for himself he decided it was time to come home and knuckle down and go into business for himself.
Tom sub contracted for a few years to local plumbers getting his hand in the trade after being away for a few years then decided it was time to get the qualifications required and set out on his own and the rest has been history!
